Eastridge is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our clients' team as a Regional Technical Support Specialist. Reporting to the Manager of IT Service & Support, this role will be responsible for providing end-user support and maintaining office technologies in alignment with departmental policies and procedures. If you possess the required experience and qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote user support to ensure a stable and performing end-user computing experience.
  • Meet established ticket resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment for designated offices.
  • Support office openings, moves, and upgrades.
  • Offer proactive input, suggestions, and feedback on process and system improvements.
  • Install and set up computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Travel required up to 30%, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, potentially more based on workload.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of law firm applications, including Microsoft Office and NetDocuments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of fundamental office local area networking and experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with troubleshooting network printers, MFPs, and copiers.
  • Proficiency in supporting mobile devices, particularly the iOS platform. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-user support and basic training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Information Technology preferred.
